Dear Net No Limits Clients,

I would like to inform you of some exciting developments regarding Net No Limits.  We have joined the local firm CITIG (Channel Islands Technology Integrators’ Group).   Both Evan and I will continue to offer the same mix of services to you and your firm as we have in the past.  As some of you may know, I have been struggling with health issues that have prevented me from being as responsive to your support needs as you typically would expect from us.  Joining CITIG will help us provided an improved level of support in line with what you’ve grown accustomed to over the years.

We have searched for and found what we believe is the best local organization to meet your needs.  The principal of CITIG is Ryan Newell, who we have known for nearly 10 years and have the utmost respect for.  His group is modestly larger and has a great depth of computer talents.  A previous member of Net No Limits, Simon Bentley, has worked for CITIG for 5 years.  We feel confident that all our clients, like you, are going to be well served in the future.  We invite you to explore their website at www.citig.com.

While our level of confidentiality will be maintained as we join with CITIG, at your request we are prepared to execute a non-disclosure agreement to warrant that the privacy and details of your systems will always be respected.

We want to assure you there will be no immediate changes.  Our rates and availability will remain the same.  Whenever possible, Evan and I will continue to answer your needs by phone or by e-mail at the same addresses and numbers as always.  When necessary, members of the CITIG team may reach out to assist when we are unavailable.  Eventually there will be changes, but we will advise you of that well in advance.  The only modest change will be that the bills will come from CITIG instead of Net No Limits beginning in March.
